CNC Machining Explained
CNC machining uses computer-controlled tools to remove material precisely from a solid workpiece. That precision gives product designers control over geometry, fit, threads, grooves, and the tactile details that define how an object feels in use.
From billet to Buzztin
Precision Carry starts with aircraft-grade 6061-T6 billet aluminum. CNC operations create the profile, interior, lid interfaces, and grip details. Parts are then deburred, inspected, hard anodized, and assembled.
Why precision matters
Consistent dimensions support a confident lid fit and predictable sealing surfaces. Rather than adapting a generic container, each Buzztin profile is engineered around the pouch-carry use case.
Hard anodizing
Hard anodizing converts the aluminum surface into a durable oxide layer. It provides the six Buzztin finishes and a robust surface for daily carry and laser engraving.
