Precision Carry

About Precision Carry

Built Different. Built Here.

Precision Carry gear is designed, CNC machined, hard anodized, assembled, and inspected in the United States. Keeping the process close means our team controls the details that matter—from billet selection to final lid fit.

Our Mission

Many pouch users go through multiple cans every week. Precision Carry replaces single-use packaging with durable, purpose-built metal gear that is made to be carried for years—not tossed when it is empty.

Our team saw an everyday carry gap. Wallets, knives, flashlights, and pens all have premium, built-to-last options. Buzztin brings that same mindset to an item many people carry every day.

American Manufacturing, End to End

Every Precision Carry product begins as a solid block of 6061-T6 aircraft-grade billet aluminum. It is CNC machined for precise lid fit, wall thickness, O-ring groove depth, and knurl geometry. Each piece is then hard anodized, assembled, and inspected in the United States before it is packed for shipment.

Why build it here? Direct control over machining, finishing, inspection, and final assembly lets us hold the standard on every piece—not just the first one off the line.

How It Is Made

  1. Design and engineering: CAD dimensions and tolerances are set before machining begins.
  2. CNC machining: Solid billet aluminum is cut into the body and lid—not stamped, cast, or 3D printed.
  3. Type III hard anodization: The finish provides durable wear and corrosion resistance in six hard-anodized colors.
  4. Assembly and inspection: Hardware and O-rings are fitted, finishes are checked, and every unit is inspected before shipping.
