Processing time
Orders placed before 8:00 AM Pacific Time ship the same business day. Orders placed after 8:00 AM PT ship the next business day. Custom engraved orders require an additional 1–2 business days before shipping unless Rush Engraving is selected.

All orders include FedEx tracking. We currently ship within the United States.
Returns and exchanges
Unused, non-engraved items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Custom engraved items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing or engraving error.
To begin a return, email sales@precisioncarry.com with your order number and reason for return.
Lifetime warranty
Every Precision Carry product includes a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Cosmetic wear, drops, and intentional damage are not covered.
