Processing time
Orders placed before 8:00 AM Pacific Time ship the same business day. Orders placed after 8:00 AM PT ship the next business day. Custom engraved orders require an additional 1–2 business days before shipping unless Rush Engraving is selected.

Rates by destination
Lower 48 states and Washington, DC: Ground is $4.95 on orders below $50 and free on orders $50+. UPS Ground is $7.95 on all orders. 2-Day Air is $11.95 on orders below $50 and $6.95 on orders $50+.
Alaska and Hawaii: Ground is $14.95 on orders below $50 and free on orders $50+. UPS Ground is $22.95 on all orders. 2-Day Air is $31.95 on orders below $50 and $26.95 on orders $50+.
Puerto Rico: Ground is $19.95 and UPS Ground is $27.95 on all orders. 2-Day Air is $66.95 on orders below $50 and $61.95 on orders $50+. Free shipping does not apply.
Guam: Standard is $19.95 and Expedited Air is $66.95 on all orders. Free shipping does not apply. UPS Ground and 2-Day Air are not offered to Guam; Expedited Air does not include a two-day delivery guarantee.

We select the carrier unless you choose UPS Ground. All orders include tracking that identifies the carrier. We currently ship within the United States.
Returns and exchanges
Unused, non-engraved items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Custom engraved items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing or engraving error.

Lifetime warranty
Every Precision Carry product includes a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Cosmetic wear, drops, and intentional damage are not covered.
